Some of you may know that I post Jack stories (but never pictures) on facebook. But I think it makes me neglect the blog.
Anyway, the last few posts were:
what does Fireman Jack love about trick or treating?
locating the "smoke" coming out of the dry iced machine and putting out the fire with his firehose!!
Nov 8: It rained today so we busted out Jack's fireman rain boots. He'll be unstoppable now.
Jack refers to his bedroom to his Fire Department or his Fire Station.
Halloween:
Jack will not be wearing the hand-made-by-local-art-professor-Gail-Dawson-"Max (Where The Wild Things Are)" costume that he looks utterly adorable in and was graciously passed down from animal-loving friend Chester when he outgrew it even though it hasn't a stain on it. No, he will be Fireman Jack. sigh.
yesterday Jack woke up from his nap and rubbed my nose for about 15 minutes. then he said, "I want to tell you the story of Where Are The Wild Things (sic)", which he did. The story took an unexpected turn when Max became a fireman and started putting out forest fires. Max still ended up at home eating his supper that was still warm, but afterward he took off his fire hat and his fire coat and his fire pants and his fire boots and his fire diaper and took a little nap.
